An Angel named Vic
Who knew that you could fly dear Vic?
One day you sprouted wings
to soar.
Valiantly ascending heavenward
despite all you had endured.
At last the pain subsided
and all at once was gone.
You left a radiant legacy
that lovingly carries on.
A beautiful spirit in the sky.
Now free from sorrow, hurt and pain.
so many loved ones
here on earth
await embracing you again.

Angels can read, write, sing, dance, laugh and everything they always could only they are in perfect form- perfect in every way. You are so very sweet and I adopted you little do ya know. Challenges- more like blessings-sure I have my physical issues, and when I hear “oteo” anything, I cringe and just know that sweet Vic was in terrible pain-I have no room to complain. However, now, we have so much to rejoice about- I am going to share a few lines from one of my favorite movies “Courageous” during a eulogy scene- only I will use Vic’s name. Death is no respecter of persons-death is no respecter of youth. Death is a painful intruder and a pernicious reminder of our human condition.”
Jesus lives-he’s no longer entombed- and because he lives, Vic lives- and that gives us hope and reason to rejoice greatly. ( I also posted this in reply to your last beautiful comment.

Yes, she can. She’s around you, she knows and sees everything you do. What do you think her wings are for? Talk to her. She’ll tell you.

God, I feel your pain every time I visit here. I really feel it in your words.
I’m glad for the stunning yellow & orange roses – they must have been stunning.
